This year’s glittering MTV Video Music Awards 2015 (owned by Viacom) at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California on August 30 ended with Taylor Swift bagging the most number of awards. Katy Perry was conspicuously absent at this year’s show while Justin Bieber put on a show-stopping Cirque du Soleil style comeback performance of ‘Where Are U Now’ and new single ‘What Do You Mean?’ (he returns to the VMA stage after two years) and ended up crying in his hands at the end of it, overwhelmed by his own act!

Host Miley Cyrus kept the audience entertained with her apparel (or the lack of it), a quick flash of her breast, a performance of her new song on smoking weed and announced a new album called Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz (crazy name huh!).

Oh and Kayne West announced he would be running for U.S. President in 2020! Between West’s announcement and Bieber’s stage show and waterworks, will the next MTV Video Music Awards be Flying Lotus able to match up? We can only hope.
