Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran totally rocked the 2015 MTV Video Music Award nominations this year. While her “Bad Blood” video made a real killing earning Taylor Swift nine nominations, Ed Sheeran and his “Thinking Out Loud” was just behind her with six nominations. In fact, these two will battle it out for the Video of the Year at Los Angeles next month alongside Beyonce’s “7/11,” Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk” and Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright.”
Swift was also nominated for best female video for her “Blank Space,” competing against Beyonce, Niki Minaj, Ellie Goulding and Sia while Sheeran lodged himself in the best male video category against Ronson, Lamar, The Weeknd and Nick Jonas.
